Ingredients

  • 70 grams of cooked lupins, unpeeled
  • banana, strawberries, apple, pear or mango
  • 1 handful fresh spinach
  • 250 ml water

  • Preparation

    The smoothies on the picture are with banana and spinach and with banana and strawberries.
    Blend the ingredients in the blender or food processor.

    Tips

    Add some raisins for a nice sweet smoothie.
    Chew your smoothie, so your body better absorbes all nutrients.
