Make sure not to prepare too little, they are even better the next day.

Ingredients

  • 200 grams boiled lupin beans, unpeeled
  • 10 slices of pie dough, thawed
  • pack frozen spinach (450 g)
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1,5 tablespoon sumac
  • 1,5 tablespoon lemon juice
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper

  • Preparation

    Fry the onion in the olive oil for 10 minutes. Heat the spinach in a saucepan until it is thawed.
    Put the spinach in a colander and press out the moisture.

    Grind the lupin beans in a food processor fine.
    Mix all the ingredients and season with salt and pepper.

    Remove the plastic sheets of dough and place it, with the side on which the plastic skin sat up, on a clean work surface. Put in the middle of each dough sheet part of the vegetable mixture and fold the four points of the dough against each other.
    Bake the rolls about 25 minutes in the oven at 180 c.

    Tips

    The sandwiches are delicious hot or cold.
    If you can't find sumac, using shoarma herbs is also delicious!
