Lupin smoothie
A smoothie is an easy way to get your daily serving of fruit and vegetables. Add lupin beans to it and you will get also much proteins.
An excellent breakfast, lunch and sportshake!
With frozen fruits it makes a delicious ice cream.
Ingredients
70 grams of cooked lupins, unpeeled
banana, strawberries, apple, pear or mango
1 handful fresh spinach
250 ml water
Preparation
The smoothies on the picture are with banana and spinach and with banana and strawberries.
Blend the ingredients in the blender or food processor.
Tips
Add some raisins for a nice sweet smoothie.
Chew your smoothie, so your body better absorbes all nutrients.
