Spread with artichoke hearts
A delicious spread for French bread or a toast with drinks.
Ingredients
200 grams of cooked lupin, unpeeled
3 canned artichoke hearts
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 clove of garlic
1 tablespoon parsley
little lemon juice
5 tablespoons water
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Place all ingredients in the food processor and grind them to a smooth spread.
Tips
Delicious with pickled lemon.
